Worlingham RoadRunnerz are all about keeping their runners motivated, talking to each other, keeping it social and fun but also making sure their runners have a great workout!

"Our favourite challenge has been the Lockdown Emoji Board, to complete one square on each walk/run, take a selfie and share it with everyone on Strava and on our chatty WhatsApp group, this is something that the whole family has been able to get involved with and those out due to injury."
